1. Introduction
Business Navachar School (BNS) invests significant academic, administrative, faculty, digital infrastructure, learning resources, and operational efforts immediately upon confirmation of a student's admission.
Therefore, every applicant is requested to carefully understand the program details, eligibility, duration, fee structure, and policies before making any payment.
2. No Refund Policy
All fees paid to Business Navachar School are final and non-refundable.
Once any payment is made towards:
- Admission Fee
- Registration Fee
- Annual Program Fee
- Tuition Fee
- Workshop Fee
- Seminar Fee
- Event Registration Fee
- Certification Fee
- Digital Learning Access Fee
- Business Kit Fee
- Learning Material Fee
- Faculty Development Program Fee
- Any Other Institutional Fee
No refund shall be provided under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
3. Cancellation by Student
If a student voluntarily:
- Cancels admission
- Withdraws from the program
- Stops attending classes
- Changes personal plans
- Moves to another city or country
- Accepts employment elsewhere
- Joins another educational institution
- Faces personal or family circumstances
- Is unable to continue for any reason
the fees already paid will not be refunded.
4. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend:
- Classes
- Workshops
- Seminars
- Business Events
- Faculty Sessions
- Online Sessions
does not entitle the participant to any refund, credit, or compensation.
5. Expulsion or Disciplinary Action
If a student's admission is cancelled due to:
- Misconduct
- Violation of Institutional Policies
- Academic Dishonesty
- Fraudulent Documents
- Misuse of BNS Name or Brand
- Criminal Activities
- Harassment
- Damage to Institutional Property
or any other serious policy violation,
no refund shall be granted.
6. Payment Errors
If a duplicate payment or excess payment is received due to a technical or banking error, Business Navachar School may verify the transaction and process the excess amount after appropriate verification.
This is not considered a refund under this policy.
7. Program Rescheduling
Business Navachar School reserves the right to:
- Change batch timings
- Reschedule classes
- Change faculty
- Change venue
- Shift from offline to online or hybrid mode
- Modify academic calendar
- Update curriculum
- Change technology platforms
Such operational changes shall not entitle participants to a refund.
8. Force Majeure
In situations including:
- Natural Disasters
- Pandemic
- Government Restrictions
- Flood
- Earthquake
- Fire
- War
- Internet Failure
- Power Failure
- Public Emergency
- Cyber Incident
Business Navachar School may reschedule, postpone, or conduct programs through alternative modes.
No refund shall be payable due to such events.
9. Digital Learning Access
Access to:
- Student Portal
- Learning App
- Recorded Sessions
- Business Community
- Learning Resources
- Digital Content
is considered delivered once access credentials are issued.
Thereafter, no refund shall be applicable.
10. Transfer of Admission
Admission is personal to the enrolled participant.
Admission cannot be:
- Sold
- Transferred
- Assigned
- Exchanged
to another individual.
11. Fee Adjustment
Fees paid for one program cannot be adjusted towards:
- Another Course
- Another Batch
- Another Participant
- Another Academic Year
unless Business Navachar School expressly approves such adjustment in writing as a special administrative exception.
12. Scholarships
Scholarships, concessions, promotional offers, and discounts once approved cannot be converted into cash or refunded.
13. Payment Responsibility
Participants are responsible for:
- Reviewing program information.
- Understanding fee structure.
- Reading institutional policies.
- Asking questions before payment.
- Making informed payment decisions.
Payment confirms acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
14. Exceptional Circumstances
Business Navachar School may, at its sole discretion and without creating any precedent or obligation for future cases, consider exceptional administrative remedies where legally required or where the institution determines that special circumstances warrant such consideration.
Any such decision shall be final.
15. Policy Acceptance
By making any payment to Business Navachar School, the applicant confirms that:

- They understand that fees are non-refundable.
- They voluntarily agree to all institutional policies before making payment.
