5. OTP Verification Policy
OTP may be used for registration, login, verification, admission confirmation, and sensitive changes. Never share OTPs. BNS staff will never ask for your OTP.

Verification may include government ID, educational documents, professional documents, business documents, and photograph verification.
7. Record Correction Policy
Users may request corrections to name, date of birth, address, contact, educational, or professional information with supporting documents.
8. Data Access Request Policy
Users may request access to personal, admission, academic, attendance, certificate, and payment records subject to identity verification and legal restrictions.
9. Data Portability Policy
Where applicable, users may request personal data in a commonly used digital format subject to legal and technical limitations.
10. Consent Withdrawal Policy
Consent for promotional emails, WhatsApp, SMS, and newsletters may be withdrawn without affecting academic, financial, or legal record requirements.
